Welcome to Reez Gaming. By using our services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
Reez Gaming offers digital game Top-Ups, Play Sessions, and Loyalty Rewards under the Reezlings EXP program.
2. Orders & Payments
- All orders are final once payment is processed.
- Refunds are only provided for unfulfilled or system-error orders.
- Reez Gaming is not responsible for incorrect player IDs or payment reference errors.
3. Play Sessions
Coaches will reach out via Telegram 5 minutes before each session. Reschedules must be made at least 12 hours before the booked time.
4. Reezlings Loyalty
You earn EXP for every purchase. EXP cannot be transferred or converted into cash.
5. Limitations
Reez Gaming is not liable for third-party network issues, unauthorized access, or losses caused by incorrect user input.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes will be handled under Singapore jurisdiction.
