We are not responsible for failed top-ups due to incorrect information.

Payments

Payments must be made through approved methods displayed on our platform. We do not store full payment information; payments are securely processed by third-party providers. Prices and fees are subject to change without prior notice.

Refunds and Cancellations

All sales are final. Refunds or cancellations are only provided under the following circumstances:

b. Duplicate orders made due to system malfunction.

Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of the transaction by contacting customer support.
